The first couple rotations with the camera attached were a little snug but it loosened up pretty quickly and never got to the point where it was too loose and would move on its own

I bought this so i can get video footage while riding my horse the only thing i would say is you have to pull it pretty tight to get it to stay well

The problem is it is very hard to get the proper force just with your fingers on such a little mount

Waiting to turn it with your camera mounted will not break your housing and i think youd know if you are twisting it too hard anyway
