Pros
This is perfect for storing 3 nitroglycerin pills. Clean cotton to cushion the pills. Fits a nitrostat bottle perfectly and holds up to a lot of wear and tear.
This tiny titanium holder is smaller, lighter, and more nicely finished than the older ever was. It's waterproof and totally protected the contents. The stainless steel models are definitely not too heavy or cumbersome.
Even the little attachment ring is a better-than-average quality, not a cheapie that will bend and twist apart. I can wear this on a good neck chain without snagging clothing or poking my skin. It is very sleek and very discreet.
This is exactly what i was looking for. This is the second case i’ve ordered.
Cons
This thing is not special. It is overpriced. If you intend on ordering this you need to know it is not returnable for any reason.
This container has two flaws. Reddy’s are not round and get jammed. The cylinder is way too narrow.

I wanted titanium because it would cut a little weight stainless is non reactive too but a bit heavier

No aluminum was in my mind seems to me that nitroglycerin pills could react with that

I have one considerable complaint which is that the product still had some manufacturing grease on it and had to be cleaned very thoroughly before using

For that i used unscented dish soap on a cue tip then rinsed it clean then removed the rubber gasket and soaked the metal parts it in isopropyl alcohol for a while then scrubbed with a cue tip wet with alcohol

Then rinsed again washed with the dish soap again rinsed again and it seems to be spic and span but i worry for those who dont notice this
