You understand what dudu is going through even if the very idea of being accused of being witch is something we see as belonging to the dark ages not the space ages

The background and context is provided by the story of frank a journalist working for a us ngo attempting to train journalists and make a real difference but being frustrated in the process by post war politics and people following agendas of their own

Although quite a dark subject matter the book is not dark and in fact sometimes very funny

I had no idea that such things happen in the real world and it was quite shocking for me to find out that there are parents able to place the guilt for their misfortunes on the shoulders of their very own children

It would make a great read for anyone and everyone but most especially those working in the fields of international development street children and child protection in the uk and africa would benefit from reading it
