Pros

Chef's choice offers simplicity to home use sharpening. This model sharpens to a 15 degree blade angle. I use this to sharpen my knives that seem dull.

Super nice to have to knifes super sharp. Serrated ones too. This sharpener is all you will ever need to keep your knives razor sharp with ease!

Cons

Read booklet before using this product. I have whustof knives and i would expect this to get them razor sharp, it does not.
