Pros

The stainless steel finish is certainly an eye opener. The * are not hard to figure out.

Cons

When i program the kettle for 212 it reaches 205 and then shuts off. If i leave water in it for any length of time, it leaks all over the counter.

Didn't even use it everyday. Will not replace with another chefman, that's for sure. Based on it acting and dying just like other reviewers reported.

Very good quality i love making my hot tea in it

I buy stuff every week and this item has to be one of the best buys i have made

I loved this product but recently it stopped working we got a good 56 years of everyday use out of it today it just stopped working

The base inside can get some deposits on it it could be from tea or from the water either way it is very difficult to clean this

Price

Not expensive and has good temp control to get the best taste out of your teas

I would imagine a product that does the same thing but as a 10year warranty should cost at least 200
