Pros

The large opening and lid is the main reason for my purchase decision. The wide mouth is great for boiling things other than liquids. The very large lid is nice since it allows other uses, like hard boiling eggs.

Boils fast and built to last.

The chef's choice cordless hot pot works beautifully. Way faster than stovetop. I like the stainless steel of the pot.

Cons

The pouring spout is poorly designed and dangerous. I assume that most people do this and then the manufacturer simply disposes of the faulty pots into a landfill.

This kettle boils water very quickly. The pour spout allows water to pour out the sides as opposed to a single stream out of the spout. The steel is of low quality.
