Does not leave the cutting gouges that plastic boards can have

Only frustrating part was that it came double wrapped in plastic which got stuck in the handle

Most importantly the bottom of the chopping surface isnt level and doesnt have plastic feet to give it some error tolerance so when i chop it rocks back and forth
