Cons

Don’t fall for the deceptive “16 oz/ pack of 2”. The price is typical for one bottle, however - the ad says it's a 2-pack. I was charged but only received one 16 oz bottle.

This ad is clearly deceiving. That is misleading and should be removed" "you know when a cheap restaurant or store puts water in their soap to save money and when you pump it out it's like slippery water?

This batch is a little rough on my skin making the area around my nose burn. This is not the cetaphil i've used before. Do not use this cleanser.
