Pros

Way better than the gummies! I also like that they are chewable since i don't like taking pills. Easy to chew if an adult.

They tasted good and not chalky. The only complaint i have is that they start to taste stale before i’ve finished the bottle.

Cons

Very chalky. Expected “gummy “. Nutrasweet is especially bad for me because it gives me migraines.

Vitamin a - most of it in the form of beta carotene and not all as retinol palmitate. They taste like aspirin when chewed. These are not high potency at all.
