My insurance did not change and my coverage did not change only the card changed and i communicated this to the lead front desk

The lady took the card and after about 30 min i went back and said do you still need the card

She said she is still trying to get in contact with the company and she will give back to me when she does

Approximately 20 min passed and i get called in to the front desk i was told that my appointment for that day has to be rescheduled because they can not get in contact with bcbs health insurance company

So if it is the copay you are worried about let me get in contact with them while you do your work and when i get in contact with a representative you can talk to the representative and get the copay information
