It is very important for me to use auto loader at first it was keep pulling doubles and i wanted to send it back and get doxie q and i did but after seen what doxie q doesevery scan has to be downloaded and it is slow will drive you crazy i was like oo noo im going to make it work and i studied the canon and found out if you drop the multi pages gently to a feeder it worked awesome it is super fast two sided and image quality amazing so easy to use and the price is amazing compare to whats out there and need no softwarealso im buying a ribbon 90 degree angle micro usb to regular usb15cm where i will be leaving it plugged in back so that rear micro usb outlet wont be stripping that fast so that i can use this machine for long time as usual canon always comes through  Read Less
