Pros

Quick amd easy to install. The pin assignment is convenient. The wire number labeling on the item is great.

Was afraid that re-punching wouldbreak it, but gracefully was wrong. After re- punching givesfull 1000 megabit, no retries.

Cons

One word - worthless. Very disappointing. The labeling isn't 100% * proof.

The metal veins are extremely poor and have trouble biting into the wire at all. To wide for use in 6 port decora inserts. Ordered female to female connector instead.
