The cardinals wrens finches and sparrows seem to prefer the sunflower seeds but will occasionally hop over to the suet if no other birds are around and the mourning doves and squirrels eat what drops on the ground

However the 12pack i got from amazon was so stale and dried out the birds wouldnt eat it
