Pros

Longjack supplement keeps the energy going even after workout. Means you have great energy even when you are hungry, and it lasts to the point where you can skip a meal.

Cons

Tongkat ali in powdered form knows that it has an extremely bitter taste. This product is now at least 50% filler. Packaged date shows a packaged date of june, 2014. Way too old for a powdered extract in my opinion.
