Pros
Use it for caffe con panna or eat it like chocolate mousse. It is odorless and very slightly sweet. Works well with coffee, tea or morning smoothie.
St. John's wort and dl-phenylalanine are a replacement for the fibromyalgia medication duloxetine.
Cons
The bag idea is the worst. Horrible on the gut. Bought for fatigue and didn't help. I hear it helps with fibromyalgia but not in my case.
