Pros

Herb affair is a reputable company. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. It's fantastic to have a brand that contains no fillers or additives to the product which feed pathogens in the gut.

Well packaged and labeled. One negative is that the zipper takes some wearing in before it closes easily.

This product is a great mood booster and relaxer. Curbs my appetite and calms my nerves a bit.

Melatonin is a hormone that is created within the pineal gland. It is melatonin that tells you when it is time to go to sleep and when it's time to wake up. Melatonin helps with sleep, mood and emotion.

Cons

I have a well-calibrated scale that indicates i received less than 23 grams when 25 is advertised. I'm not one of those people that usually buys into.

I have used different htps in the past with the latest version a time released capsule that just did not hit me the way i wanted

My only critique is that the seal doesnt stay sealed during shipping so shake shake shake that bag

I did not like the zip lock packaging hence only 4 stars and would rather have it in a bottle with a scoop

I recommend you try it for energy pain relief some even claim weightloss
