The pluses are that it has a full sized glass so legal sized documents can lay flat and be scanned

This printer is extremely fast holds 1000 sheets of paper and best of all i am saving a lot of money in toner because the capacity of the toner cartridge puts out so many more pages before being refilled for not much more money than a toner cartridge with 13rd the output
