Ive been using this product every day and when i first got it i could barely use it on the lowest setting

He got it and didnt read the instructions of course so had no idea how to adjust the different pressures for the hand grip

He said it just spins and doesnt do anything as he is spinning the part that is supposed to lock it in place once you move the spring to desired pressure

However i told him are you not supposed to control it in order to get maximum effect just like when lifting weights and not fully extendingdistending at which time he just grunted

So i think that overall it is a good hand grip i cant give it 5 stars only because he is not fully satisfied with it

Consi think it would be a better fix for this and rate another star if they had a nonslip grip

I ordered this because i play guitar and dont work out so one of my arms has more forearm muscle and hand strength than the other and i look lopsided
