Pros & Cons
Pros
This is easily one of the best batches i've brewed. Easy to make, took less than 3 weeks from brew to glass (kegged) great spiciness with crisp finish. Follow the secondary fermentation procedures in the directions for increased clarity.
Worked out wonderfully. Will buy again. Prime shipping makes everything better! Very helpful. Absolutely recommend giving this a go.
This beer kit is a pleasure to make and the great thing is it comes right to the house. Alcohol level is just right, and the mouthfeel and pepper flavor that the yeast kicks off is as good as any saison you will find at your local bottle shop.
Cons
The only difference is the ingredients and when to put them in. It has yet to start fermenting.
