The carafe it comes is very low quality. That makes it impractical to brew an full pot of coffee. It is difficult to use the pot to fill the reservoir with water because it needs to be tipped so far.
This machine makes coffee that smells like plastic. Can't return the machine for a refund to either breville or amazon.
