Within 12 days of my initial post renee from breville consumer support reached out to me and bent over backwards to ensure my concern was addressed

The initial plan was for me to return the toaster and within 2 weeks they would return a repaired or new toaster to me

It worked nice took a bit to get used to and never did like the beep indicator and couldn’t understand why i couldn’t permanently disable that “feature” since anytime we forgot to turn it off our dog would experience a panic attack

So now after less than 4 years of use used approximately once each day over those nearly 4 years we find the center heating elements are barely heating
