Pros & Cons
Pros
The leg braces support me at about half way up my shin, making ab exercises a little bit challenging. Also love the inclinable seat.
There are four adjustable settings (decline, flat, incline and seated position) the leather is nice, it's easy to change incline/decline.
It beats using home furniture just to save a buck.
The bench itself is very sturdy, not wobbly or shaky in any way. It takes some torque but will remove all the wobble. Perfectly stable though.
This bench is pretty good. The bench it's excellent! Pretty good bench. Well done bowflex. Awesome bench.
Cons
The incline adjustment support bar is a little flimsy, and can be obnoxious to seat in the notches sometimes. Would not recommend.

Theres one weird thing about this bench and that is the seat at the front is higher than the part of the bench where you lie down so when youre doing flat pressing its a bit awkward because it feels like more of a decline

Theres a large gap between the seat and the backing when in the flat position but as long as you position your butt correctly before laying down its unnoticeable

When building it i chose to flip the front feet 180° so you dont run the risk of rolling your ankle on the outward facing feet they designed it to have
