Amazing sound from such a small box although the mk ii came out a few weeks later and bose refused to consider a tradein for the new model

Charging from dock as apposed to a lead is a problem as getting it to sit on the contacts is a fiddle

As with most things the battery does get worse over time but given that 90 of the time its in the same place its not really a problem to keep it plugged in
