Use fingernails to work your way around the earpiece to seat the cushion. My head phones are at least 5 years old, and the original pads never came off. These are not fakes.
Follow the instructions in the box. When replacing the scrim place the part that is notched first.

I regret buying your product just because your quality has gone to shhhhh. There are a lot of good electronics manufactures out there that make reputable products and also care about their customers.
Such a shame. For shame. It's so * frustrating. Be warned. Wasting our time.

Could have gotten replacement earpads cheaper but i liked the certainty that they would be just like the originals

Putting installing back was a slight challenge as it takes some skinny fingers need use of plastic pliers to push the ring to snap into place along the parameter circle

With time this cushions starter to rip apart until they completely opened up and i was still using them that way because the noise cancellation is really great

Ive had the headphones for years but due to almost continuous use because of covid workfromhome the pads were very worn out
