Pros

It can be time consuming to reposition the anchor after each exercise in a set. Can do all the crossover symmetry exercises with these. Will buy some for my wife to use as mine are getting pretty old now &.

Tpe handles are solid and have a good feel in the hand. Grips are solid not just foam over a strap. The nylon webbing on the door anchor is thick and the ankle straps have a wide, secure velcro band.

The carabiners are a thicker gauge compared to the hardware store version of the first set. Special carabiner clips that stay in place without flopping around. All of the terminal ends, the tubing, the clips, everything is top notch and very well made... Read More

The elastic bands are quite thick and feel very durable. These bands are great for challenging me to a great workout at home since i can't go to the gym.

These bands are overpriced for using such cheap materials. Persistent plastic odor.
