The quality for the price was excellent

We got bobi for a few reasons but cost was a major one

After checking reviews and doing price comparisons i took the plunge

Shipping

I replaced the wheel but it still didnt work so they sent me a prepaid shipping label i mailed it in

I got my bobi fast and it worked great

They told me that they were shipping me the battery at no charge and i was dumbfounded

I now have had to tape on with reinforced shipping tape two access panels to the dustbin

Packaging/appearance

Just dump the contents clean off the brushes and youre good to go

Competitiveness

I would buy this again and i would buy it over the competitors

Of course i started a search on amazon and there was a big price difference with some of the brands i looked at

I had no idea there was a 2year battery warrantee and would have never known i should not have paid for it

The design and look of this beats its competitors hands down
