The different size ear pieces for a comfortable fit are nice but the hoops as they call them to keep them in your ear arent the easiest to get in your ear nor do they seam to work at all

Volume up volume down and the multifunction button that does everything else

To connect turn on bluetooth on your cell phone then hold the multifunction button for 7 seconds until you see the appropriate lights flashing

I did have to turn the headphones offon and the bluetooth on my phone offon to get it going
