It has some wind noise when its windy outside but that is expected because it doesnt have a foam wind cover

It comes with a booklet showing you all the parts and such but no operating instructions so for us who are tech challenged it may take a while to figure out how to answer the phone

The cons are the ergonomics of the buttons

The volume buttons are hard to use and the main button on the boom to playpause and turn onoff is pretty hard to press
