Pros

M columbia hiking shoes perfectly with no trimming. They fit nicely in my boots. I recommend this to my patients that don’t need custom orthotics. For $50 you can not go wrong.

My kido has flat fleet, and i was trying to choose between the blue and the green. I am glad i got him the blue coz it has medium arch support. He says they are working great though and really helping.

Cons

Insoles have little support or form. The arch is barely more than a flat sole. The high part of the arch support is too far back, instead of sitting in my arch it pounded into the area behind it. Couldn't do much to push it forward because of the heel... Read More

These have no cushioning at all. These are much thinner than the others i have has and less comfortable. Those are much better and made of sustainable cork.

I also use superfeet half insoles and love them too
