I love how it just makes me think clearer and it makes me feel more like myself. It’s wonderful for hair, skin and nails! No fish burps is a plus!
It cures my tooth pain. Cod liver oil and high quality butter oil are essential to bone health when taken in conjunction with well-formulated bone supplements.

Cons
The first bottle was rancid. The second bottle was really small. The capsules look like they have melted. Just because it is raw and fermented all buzz words to us, that it is better.
Do not take this product and for heavens safe do not give it to your children.

This is not the hot processed cooked up fish oil with no beneficial use left in it

Sorry this is so short but theres nothing to complain about while it might not be supereasy to swallow it is certainly easy enough and tastes good too if you accidentally leave it in your mouth when taking it without water which i did unwittingly
