Only complaint is the size of the water collection and soap dispensers are only 1 gallon, so i have to empty it a lot more often. Wish it had a bigger clean tank, bc you have to refill it 3x's each bedroom.
The only oddity about this cleaner is that it seemed to spit out some hairballs. It makes cleaning the carpet on the stairs and upholstery a lot easier. My 2 cats throw up hairballs typically 3-4 times a week.
Highly recommended and such a back saver. It just works, and that is something that is undervalued these days. But, whatever, the end product is phenomenal!
The bissell deepclean portable unit cleans as well as a professional service for my car carpet. It reallycleans well and definitely better than the hoover i tried. It is like a vacuum cleaner with a long base, but it isn't wider.
Cons
With the bissell it takes a full day before the carpet dries, with this hoover it was dry within an hour or two. Either the screws aren't the correct size, or the threads were drilled wrong! Left carpet very soggy.
Users are experiencing inadequate suction and resulting wet carpet. Lack of suction is major bone of contention. If all you want is a spot cleaner, this machine is the worst personal carpet cleaner i have ever used!
