If you typically wear wide width or if you have any swelling from summer heat the medium width is a perfect fit otherwise the narrow width is equivalent to the medium width of a womans shoe

If you are in between sizes size down a 12 size otherwise the footbed will not mold to your foot properly

Shoe box inside was totally destroyed cans i was lucky the shoes themselves were not damaged
