I am very happy with the product
With the fan on i could sleep through the night as it was quiet and useful to stay cool
If anyone needs to know the fan does not provide an air tight seal around the fan with the spacer provided
Takes a few minutes to place properly due to some balancing issues with the unit being more weighted on 1 side of the fan

Fan fits the window ok and worked fine rite out of the box

Controls are nice and responsive 3 fans running is 7db over ambiant noise at 6inches distance

I purchased this fan to fix that problem

So there is clearance when the fan is drawing air into your house however when blowing air outside your house you might find that the fan body is pressing against your screen and you are unable to install the fan properly

If it is hot outside i will want to close my window and to do that i will have to remove the fan from the window

There is no shutter to close your window while the fan is installed
