Pros

I find the pills easy to *, as long as i have some beverage to take it with. I find that i get better results if i sprinkle the contents of the pill onto food, instead of swallowing it as is. This really helps the gut flora.

These things work great. These greatly improve regularity for me. This probiotic is magical. These probiotics are pricey but worth the investment.

Cons

Worst part is itching this itchiness doesn't get it to stop, it just keeps going and going. Doesn't make any sense for severe digestive symptoms in my son. It states that the amounts of milk in this product are not going to affect lactose and caseine ... Read More

The bio-kult one is not worth buying at all. The whole pack of this great probiotic bio kult has less cfu in all the capsules together, than 1 scoop of customs? It is too low of an amount of organisms per capsule for the price.

It takes 20 minutes just to break these out of the blister packs

Competitiveness

I’ve tried about 15 different probiotic brands and these are by far the best

Instead they placed these vitamins underneath two large heavy 18 packs of bubly water
