Velcro straps all around makes for easy adjusting and a perfect fit. My keys clip to the internal strap and my cellphone slides right in. My size large saddle bag fits 2 road bike innertubes plus a patch kit very easily.

The one critique i would have is there is no strap across the bag opening for a tail light

It is just big enough maybethis bag is small and its shape makes it smaller
