I do recommend the upgrade others have mentioned from the stock fauxleather earpads to the velour ones

The price difference of 100 dollars did not appear to be worth it to me

Thats not to say the ath m50x isnt comfortable which it is but the beyerdynamics just wins hands down with its extremely soft cushions

The bass on the iems are comparable to the bass on the cop on the heavy setting which i dont use all the time i prefer the vibrant setting

First look just as described in various reviews everything with packaging is carefully designed and aesthetically pleasing to look at
