Pros

They use the scratching posts constantly and keeps them from destroying the rest of my furniture. They all love to play with the mouse and rope. It is a little wobbly when my cats jump on it.

Blue is a great color option. Has lasted a few years so far and barely shows wear and tear. Higher shelf is perfect size to keep food and water away from other animals.

My cats go completely nuts over this condo. My cat loves it! My bella loves it. She has two others but this one has become her favorite.

Cons

Clearly the seller is not concerned with cat safety. Costing me $19 to return but worth it to give them there misinformed stuff back. When i called the company to learn how to return it they said to get a fedex return label and send it back.

Only 3 of the 14 posts have rope wrapped around them.

Also, it looks crooked because the piece of wood that supports that little circular bag/bed is very thin compare with the other pieces. Multiple pieces are already broken after a month and a half of use.

I was very surprised the quality of this cat tree since the price was so good my cat loves it he plays and sleeps on it every day

Siamese and does not fit in the boxes or on the ledges

I too thought i was missing a peice but i realized i put one of the screws in the wrong place
