The only thing i disliked is that the bracelet is very small. These bracelets are adorable and functional! They even send you a hair tie for each bracelet you order which i thought was adorable.
Hairbands are adjustable, hold every hairband i have and look really pretty on! I always keep a hair elastic on my wrist which looks tacky. I also have a lot of hair which is curly, and i live in a humid environment.
Cons

They often have hair ties on their wrists so a little bling to their rounds was a thoughtful touch

My complaint would be that they dont slide over your wrist unless you have a tiny hand so you have to cuff it to your wrist then attach the hair band
