Sometimes you may find the ends peeling but the rest is secure just snipe the tiny part off

I am an avid runner and although i really need to wrap my ankle to run cloth wraps are too bulky and hurt when my feet swell while running

I got this free in exchange for my honest review and opinions i have very weak ankles and tend to always pull them and when working out i have a lot of trouble on them but this actually adds a lot off support without all the added wear off the big braces i loved being able to pick the size of how big i wanted it for the most part it stayed on pretty well one night of dancing it did come off it had to be replaced but that was after like 4 hours
