Pros
My husband who loves firm beds, finds this bed very comfortable. Some nights we end up with extra kids crawling in, and i don't even notice at night.
Cons
This product is garbage and i am so sorry i gave into the ease of ordering something so major from amazon. Was an impulse buy, one that is regretted. Structure does not seem well suited to continual use.
Sinking feeling is fine if it conforms to you and encompasses your body. Personally i find the mattress too firm, my body lays onto and doesn’t really form to the mattress. Not comfortable at all.
The reason for the backstory above (no pun intended) is because this bedstory mattress that i bought was advertised as a 12 inch mattress. Manufacturer says 1inch of error is normal. Quality is horrible.

The box will be a long rectangle box that is slightly heavy depending on which size you get and then you cut the box off carefully
