Shipping was prompt and setup was extremely easy

I did not want to write a review until i had used the bedjet for a sufficient amount of time
Even our cats love it and will often try to sit directly on the bedjet to suck up the warmth

Ive been able to change the thermostat from 70 f to 75 f and still stay cool enough that i only have to run the bedjet between 5075

We bought a bedjet off of amazon and for the past three years he has been using nightly
After receiving my bedjet v2 the last few nights have been wonderful
They released an update to the ap that created problems for bedjet 1
I opt to use bedjet app on my iphone which suits my needs well

I did have a couple problems with the units themselves and there was some misinformation in the manuals about bluetooth pairing since cleared up and corrected

When i had an issue with a unit resetting not only did they get back to me quickly but it was the president of the company who personally handled swapping out my unit he even took my phone call immediately to make sure there wasnt usererror
