I need the 500mg so i ordered these by mistake but the product is good and i take them on a daily basis 3x a day
Ive purchased the 250mg before but purchased the 500mg to see if i could swap 1 chew for 2

However they are very soft and must be kept out of the heat or they’re very difficult to remove from the wrapper
