Part bacopa to 2 parts gotu kola. Benefits include more confidence, less worries, no fog. Also gives you a zen mood.
Banyan botanical bacopa powder. To me it has a pleasantly earthy taste.
Cons
But something is horribly wrong here. Looking at the powder i now suspect the shiny glints of material within it may just be tiny pieces of ground up hair. People with asthma canot take these. This is disgusting.
