Im a 36d and the large fits perfectly
The one thing that bothers me abit is the elastic band see photo that runs around the entire bralette
Im a 34d cup size and i got a medium and its a good snug fit
Im a 38d 40c fits same and got the large fits great even tho looked too small when first got it

For the large lace kiss bralette the stretchy cup is almost too large and the elastic band that goes under the bust around the ribs is almost too tight

I have had breast reconstruction after bilateral mastectomies and dont require support however the girls dont squish into a bra the same as natural breasts
