The downside however is they are polarized in a random plane which can cause problems with the lcd screens in modern cars

The lenses are polarised at different angles which will block out you screen differently for each eye

In my car the stereo touch screen gets a weird look to it the phone is fine when horizontal but invisible when vertical and i cant read the 2 line odometer at all

I hired a left hand drive car with a centre screen on holiday and i couldnt see the centre screen at all but the indash screen was fine
