    The first is to buy a prewrap tape which does not stick directly on to your skin i personally am not sure of the total effectiveness of doing such as i have never done it before or if you do not wish nor want to buy a prewrapping tape and just want to wrap the this tape directly onto the area as i do then i suggest soaking the bandage as you bathshower the tape will come right off
