You can see a red led on top of the gpu pcie slot which was staying red when the gpu was not recognise

Very pretty mobo came from an asrock z97 extreme 4 which died on me after 5 months of having it for no given reason i even took it to a computer specialist and he said and i quote here it simply died so i do not reccomend asrock boards at all as many other people have experienced it happening too with extreme 4s

So it was hard to be beaten in terms of looks of the extreme 4 but the asus in my opinion is better looking due to its simplistic design with the silver heatsinks and black pcb

The only thing i would say is i bought this motherboard in part for its thunderbolt support however actually finding a compatible thunderbolt card for this board has been surprisingly difficult noone in the known universe seems to actually stock it
