Some have complained that the dispenser seems cheaply made but ive had products for which i paid 5 times the price and the dispenser failed to work

It didnt remove any puffiness under the eye but over all it works

There is definitely some almost instant tightening of the skin under the eyes therefore fading the appearance of fine lines
