Works great on salads, vegetables. I also think it would be really good on edamame, as well as vegetables of nearly any kind. My kitchen has a nice collection of herbs and spices, and gourmet salt is one of them.

Most other table salts has been stripped of all the minerals and leaves you with just on the market contain just sodium
