Functions are preset and ready to go for you. Clean up is a snap. It's pretty compact and it can make many rice for many people.

It cooks the rice well, pretty easy to clean (although the nooks and crannies can get rice grains stuck in them), and inexpensive especially compared to a zojirushi rice cooker. Not tried any other grains like quinoa yet.

After about 10 uses it just stopped cooking. It is really no different than cooking rice on a stovetop.

Water boils out of the vent every time i use this rice cooker. Bottom of inner cooker gets some rusty spots and it starts leaking after 3 months. Amp; it’s even worse than the one i replaced.

Didn't bother exchanging after reading countless people with multiple complaints and tried exchanging unit to no avail. This is defective and they obviously haven't corrected the issue. That is not what i am experiencing. Have to change modes multiple...  Read More
